• N3 to Pietermaritzburg

• Take EXIT 81 for R33/M70 Chota Motala /Church Street towards Greytown/Pietermaritzburg

• Turn right just after the Northway Spar/KFC/Engen lights onto Bhambatha Road/R33 Greytown

• Continue for 16km until you see an intersection with a yellow Karan Beef sign on the right and Evergreen Timbers / Torke Craft signs on the left. Turn left here driving towards Cramond/Albert Falls

• Continue for 1.1km and turn first left up towards Msinsi/Albert Falls Dam

• Turn second left onto Gumtree Lane (Thorntree on Google Maps)

• Continue along this dirt road for 1.4km until the cattle kraal on the left.  Turn right and cross the railway line to the gate ahead of you.

• At the gate, please phone Jennifer 0827363725 for remote entry.

• Once you are through and the gate has closed, keep immediately left along the fence line and veer right at  the“Erskine Clan” sign

• Take a slow drive through the reflector poles to a T-junction.

• FOR THE VIEW, drive straight down “Erskine Drive” 

• FOR THE COTTAGE, you will see a little green cottage on your right

• FOR MAFLUTES,  a driveway to the left is still to be determined...

Guests will be issued a set of remote controls and keys to use for the duration of their stay.  We do not set gate times etc - Guests must feel free to come and go at their leisure.  Guests at The View will park inside the fenced area but the must enter the drive slowly while keeping an eye out for excited dogs who want to welcome new and returning "friends".
